As a shareholder of China Southern Airlines Henan Co.,Ltd, HNCA will play a very important role in building the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Comprehensive Experimental Zone, developing provincial airlines economy, opening new air route, and increasing airline capacity.

According to the Public Notification, China Southern Airlines Henan Co.,Ltd is a joint venture invested together by HNCA and China Southern Airlines .The registered capital of the new company is RMB six billion. According to "public notification", China Southern Airlines Henan Co.,Ltd will take Xinzheng International Airport in Zhengzhou as a base airport, and the B737-300 aircraft and 800 aircraft are to be employed for the future use.
